Will Self-Care Be Buffed With New Healing Changes?

I did the math really quickly - if I'm not wrong, healing speeds being a default of 24 seconds would mean that Self-Care heals you from 0 to 100% healed in 96/80/69 seconds roughly. That seems like an execcisve amount of time to be healing! It's my hope that this perk will have it's healing speed increased with these new balance changes? I noticed it was absent from the patch notes, which is why I ask.

    Self-Care should be changed to increase self-healing speed with medkits now that it's less of an intrinsic part of medkits themselves.
