BHVR you are on the right track. Ultimately survivor self healing needs to be removed from DbD.

I fully support the MCP healing changes.

    It might as well at this point lol

    Otherwise we will have self care claudettes sitting in a corner while teammates die on hook

    Survivor self healing is literally the healing that was least impacted by this change.

    According to the update medkits will still be able to heal yourself 2 times with addons equipped. This means 2 heals that only waste 24 seconds.

    Compared to alrtustic healing which waste 48 seconds per heal lol. If 2 injured survivors both heal each other thats 96 seconds of survivor time wasted. If those 2 survivors got on a gen they would get it 90.67% (81.6 charges) of the way done in the time it takes for them to heal each other.

    This patch will increase the reliance on methods of self healing like med kits, adrenaline, and inner healing as altrusitic healing was hurt the most by this patch. The only significant nerf self healing got that didn't affect altruistic healing 2x as much was was the removal of Self healing from CoH.

    I guess if you didn't already consider self care a dead perk (it was a dead perk). Realistically, they're taking self care's corpse and putting it in a wood chipper, though. No mither is legitimately a stronger perk than it with the new changes.

    I mean, if you remove self healing, might as well spawn in all four survivors downed and unable to move, boost the killers movement speed to 10.0 m/s, reveal the aura of all downed survivors across the map, allow mori's instantly, and make the wiggle bar non existent.
