add haemorrhage immunity to resurgence

Title. The perk gets completlely countered by haemorrhage and i think that adding this buff wouldn't make the perk too op anyways. it would probably make some more people use it which is always good to diversify the meta.

    I don't see why not, especially since Hemorrhage will likely be seeing a lot more use.

    Reactive healing could use this too.


    To prevent them from stacking in an OP manner, so-called buffered healing should probably cap at 75% of progress and be lost upon taking any damage whatsoever.

    I'd rather nerf Hemorrhage itself a little. 7% a second is brutal, even moreso with Sloppy Butcher.
