No there is no update planned for today.
PTB will be sometime this week, but it won't be today.
The Update itself will happen a few weeks time, after the PTB has closed and feedback has been gone through and adjustments made etc.

Can I just ask why is secret to tell us when is the PTB? I mean, even like few day(s) ahead would be nice. Something like "PTB will be in 3 days".
Most older players allready can quess when the PTB will be anyway and we are usualy right (◕ᴥ◕).

Why wait? You need the players to find out the bugs with the some bad decisions you guys made. At least get rid of the bugs as fast as possible. (Don't nerf Billy's Add-on)

There usually isn't a hard set date for PTBs. Since it's still a work in progress, we try to get the most up to date and stable build as possible so it's closer to the finished update. But since it's a work in progress, there are sometimes bugs which need to be addressed before the PTB can go live, so the start date often shifts.
