Freddy needs more buffs

The Nightmare has been widely regarded as the worst and most boring killer by the community for more than a year. Thankfully this PTB buffed two of his add-ons but the Nightmare would need a buff to his non-meta add-ons to be considered a balanced killer. A revert to his power’s remake (prior to patch 3.1) could also bring back the balance.

At the very least it would be nice if all his add ons were looked at. Most of them are pretty bad.
