BHVR forces you to play as a team

Solo Q is pretty much dead on arrival. You have to play as a team now and if you don't and sit in the corner using the perk self-care then it's GGWP game over. Medkits arent going to help you anymore since its buffed for altruistic healing. I find it a good idea on paper but in reality it's going to be much and much worse for soloq in general.

Agreed, healing is way more difficult in solo queue so any nerf to healing will hit solo survs the hardest. I'm not against nerfing medkits, but solo queue needs something to help them adjust to the changes.

I wish they'd buff self care.

Solo-Q teams will NEVER be able to coordinate as well as an SWF without voice comms.

People can moan and cry about not wanting comms and that's fine, but there will never be an equal system for communicating.

The key word is coordination, obviously things like the UI and such can give info, but they can't come close to really efficient coordination unless the team is totally goated.

I'm 100% sure that comms on this game would be insanely toxic. Base kit bond for anyone who's playing solo might be a good idea though for coordination, not for SWF though.

There is a high chance they would be, but no other system will give survivors a high level of coordination. Basekit bond would be another great information tool, and the devs should probably investigate adding that, but it won't help too much with coordination.

Healing others is gonna be exactly the same as it is now and I don't have much of a problem getting teammates to heal me in solo queue. Yes, self-healing is obviously gonna be harder but you can still bring a medkit with 2 heals on it and bring something like Bond to help you find others to heal you.

How do you need to play as a team? You just go med-kit+ adren. It's what 24s self heals which are still the go-to item for soloq. Just use med-kit when you need to reset while no other survivor is nearby and don't really need to heal around 1-2 gen unless you are on death hook because of adren.
