can't redeem meet you maker outfits
just logged in today as i heard there were some codes for new outfits, as i try to redeem them the game just says i can't redeem it due to server error or something like that. Auric cells purchases work just fine as everything in the store except from the code redeem system.

You have reported it, and now you have to wait. As others have reported it as well I would assume they fix it and may even extend the time for the codes to be redeemable (we don’t even know if/when they expire)
I guess you could make a support ticket with the error-message as image to make sure they are aware you are affected and might even give you the items directly into your account? (Though no guarantee that happens and depending on the number of tickets they receive a response might take some time)

Got the same error message on Xbox, "this code could not be redeemed due a server error"

just in case, it's not a code, there are 4 different codes. maybe if any of you tried to claim all this as a single code with spaces can cause some kind of error.

From what I have seen on Twitter the feature of entering codes has been disabled on their servers due to some hackers having found some way to exploit it. Though nothing has been officially confirmed afaik…
