Can resurgence be buffed so that...
the user gets healed 50% faster by others at all times instead of only healing you 50% after unhooking?

That would make it a little too strong and meta at high play/SWF’s, defeating one of the purposes for this update.

That would be a nerf.
Resurgence cuts the healing in half, similar to We'll make it, making it an 8 second heal. If Resurgence allowed the unhooker to heal you at 50 %, that'd mean the heal would take 12 seconds. Buffing it to 100 % would be the same amount of healing time. And even then, it'd still be a worse We'll make it because it'll only work for that 1 heal.

It’s not OP- but that buff would make it Meta. It would be the best option, and the devs appear to be trying to keep any sort of healing out of the Meta.

difference is thats specifically a timed period after an unhook. It can only activate at most 6 timesa match by a single survivor, 8 if 2+ survivors are running it
