Allow survivors to have two items
Before I continue with this discussion I would like to mention that this implementation would have to be balanced in a way and releasing it without change would make the game unbalanced! These are mostly ideas and not a needed change !
This idea came from another person in the community who said “Survivors have two hands so why not allow them to have two items” Jokes or not I thought of an idea for it😂
Allowing survivors to carry two items does seem overpowered by it’s own and could be something that would have to be balanced but !
When survivors have the selection of having to items in the match they can only have one add on to each item
Having two items would put survivors in a more risk reward state as they could lose more blood points then they brought in
It would take time to change between items so for example a survivor with a toolbox in their hands don’t automatically switch to a flashlight to stun the killer will picking up survivor or just have been stun by a pallet.

Yup😋 I’m not being too serious with these discussion and making them into more as an idea then a need

Bad idea, just 4 items per team is annoying, 8 is hell.
But that Franklin's value would be nice....

Yes and I can absolutely see this as an issue with all survivors carrying a flashlight along with a medkit to loop killers the whole game, for another survivor to have a toolbox to repair a generator and then have a medkit later for when they get injured off the gen. For this idea just to come out as is would be a bad idea, that’s why there would need to be changes to make it anywhere close to balanced!😁

Personally I don't like the idea. There are not that many (usable) items in game. Allowing 2 instead of 1 I think in fact limits variability instead of increasing it. If there were more items (I don't even have an idea for those), then maybe after game rebalancing, this could be a good idea. As of now, I don't really like it

You would basically have to nerf them a lot, where they would be next to useless.
I will rather have one useful item.
It might work if you give Frenklin's basekit, it would suck for m2 killers tho.
It would be funny to have new mode where they would try those time of shenanigans. Like two items, 6 perk slots, etc.
But their queue times are already bad enough, so I doubt we will see another game mode in dbd. They would die fast, so it's not worth an effort.

A backpack perk would be nice, have two items and able to swap them out at will at the cost of a perk slot and possibly some time
Loot builds really need more perks ever since pharmacy was nerfed :(

That’s okay and not everyone is gonna like stuff like this especially with how the game is now! I’ll probably make another discussion on new items for survivors

Exactly and it wouldn’t be a bad idea! Chest have become something of useless themselves and need an update especially with that one perk where you are guaranteed a Medkit !

I am not complaining or anything. Maybe this comes from a fact, that we are not talking face to face. I am just saying, that from my own personal perspective, I think the change would take away from game instead of giving it something.
It absolutely does not mean, that I am 100% right and you are 100% wrong or that there couldn't be people that like it. I am just giving my feedback, that I like more variety and this idea in my eyes actually remove some variety instead of giving it some (and again, I might be wrong or I might be alone in this perception - both cases being fine).

Still can't believe they've decided to nerf it twice, it's sad really
If they wanted to buff it but also put their existing change, all they had to do was make it token based
But no, they had to nerf it and make it strictly a subpar healing perk unless you run it with no mither

No you’re good! And my apologies! I know that with anything that you’re not going to be able to satisfy the community 100% and that is always hard on the devs because they take to hard the negatives. I always appreciate comments like yours and everyone else because y’all have played the game for so long and want to defend it from getting any worse then how it already is!
