Myers Should Have A Button For Activating T3
I personally think it does not make sense in 2023 for Myers to not have the ability to activate Evil Within Tier 3 using an [ABILITY BUTTON 2].
During the Mori/End-Game PTB, Survivors could use [ABILITY BUTTON 2] to recover from the dying state at the exact moment they wanted to. I do not see this as being any different; Myers should work the same way.
It would be huge Quality of Life to add it, it would save a lot of new players frustrating and allow me to focus on looping instead of directing my attention to the bottom left of the screen (where nothing is happening) and/or risk using Evil Within Tier 3 when I do not want to.

This sounds like a genuinely nice change, as it wouldn't change how it is currently used.
However, I feel like Myers is in need of a slight rework. So if we do get that feature, it'll be with other adjustments.

Nah, Myers walking up behind you and dropping T3 is the most god awful gameplay there in this game.
Myers dont need extra help being awful.

Eh I kinda like how it is now. I do think there could be some other changes (remove stalking limits, increase tier 1 speed and lunge, rework some addons (primarily tombstone).)

If you can't 99, that's a skill issue. I think whats far more necessary is Tricksters active ability shouldn't go away if you don't use it but I digress

You do realize that I have a vision-impairment that makes red very difficult for me to see right?
Sometimes it can be difficult for me to distinguish the red power-gage from the environment, so I basically have to fight with the camera just to see what progress I have, which can completely take-away from the chase and mess things up completely.
So please, so not jump to conclusions of "it's a skill issue" when it is something that is inherently out of my control (DBD's color-blind settings do not help much, trust me, Ive tried).
Plus again, it's free Quality of Life, I dont see the point in not wanting free Quality of Life.

No, people didn't realize that because you didn't state that. If you wanted the conversation to be about accommodating you for having a vision impairment, you should've listed it... we can't mind read. Of course they could've been less snippy about it, but you need to understand... their concerns do come from a logical point. It isn't hard to 99 for an average player. Your vision impairments change the conversation entirely.

That is fair, but at the same time, I do not think people should automatically jump to "skill issue" for everything anyways. The DBD community in general just relies way too much on "you are not good at the game" or "you are low MMR" when it comes to anything, I feel like any civil discussion goes out the window sometimes because of it.
Also again, it's Quality of Life, that has no hinderance on gameplay. It saves new players time, helps me (who is visually impaired a lot), and just makes things easier for everyone, people can focus more on playing the game without worrying about managing a power-gage.

There should be more options for changing HUD colors so people with color vision issues can adjust their HUD to their liking.
I don't think Myers needs this change the way he currently is.

I mean, again, it's Quality of Life. Which means you can play perfectly well without it, it's not needed, but it is nice to have. I know, such a shockingly new concept.
I do think there are far more important things, like actually buffing Myers to be a better Killer, but overall I see no point in protesting this change, it does not hinder Myers, it barely changes how he plays, it's just nice to have.

You say it's a QoL, but it's still a buff and as long as Myers has the tombstone addons, I don't think he needs any kind of buff. Same thing for Ghostface, if Ghostface didn't have to control/manage their own 99 and could just press a but to 100% anyone he currently had revealed, that would be a huge buff to Ghostface as there is no longer a risk of popping it too early.

Then why can Oni chose when to use it? Oni could also refuse to absorb the last orb and the power only fills up to 98% or so by itself. Clearly a skill issue if they can't do it.
I have been wanting this since the Oni's release. They even had an audio file for Myers stalking you in EWI when he was close to the tier up back in 2016. They could add that for the EWIII is ready sound cue.

Myers basekit is weak and outdated. Very addon reliant. And normal Myers players don't use TS. To say that he doesn't deserve a tiny buff because of 2 addons is ridiculous. Blight also got many QoL updates and still has his broken 4 addons and is a lot stronger than Myers too.
A basic tip against any Myers: don't let him see you. Don't tbag or similar. And hop in lockers once he hits EWIII.

This is just wrong argument. Healthy survivor you are watching from distance does not provide orb. But u can stalk whoever u want no matter if healthy or not. This is just not comparable.
Anyway - it's time to remove both tombstones and buff the killer properly. It always comes to the same debate. This killer can't be buffed or changed, because he has those 2 addons (especially tombstone piece)

I think this would be nice qol
Mayers players already 99 their power and acrivate it at the right time. With power button it would be just easier to use.
I would go somewhere further with this.
Mayers could be able to stack stalk juice for few T3 for one by one use.
Perhaps every next T3 could require more stalk points so that we create opportunity cost - stack T3 but use it less, or use immidately, but have more opportunities for using it.

The addons existing are exactly why you can't just buff Myers. Even Blight's strongest addons don't allow him to kill a survivor from healthy who has never been hit or hooked.
Also Myers can still stalk your teammates then kill you with TS, so saying "don't be seen" isn't that helpful of advice either.

Lol he's one of the weekest killers in the game unless he has tombstone piece equiped. The only reason he gets away with such a broken addon is because he is just so week without it. He needs alot of help.

-Super nerf tombstone
-increase movement speed and lunge in tiers 1 and 2
-buff most addons outside of tombstone
-remove stalking max on a survivor

Yes to everything you said. Poor Michael needs a lot. If they buffed him he wouldn't need a overpowered addon just to be viable. He's such a iconic horror character. It's sad to see him treated so bad.

Well an impairment does change things but a color swap option would be better. I'm gonna say this at risk of being rude, but some games just might be harder with impairments. That's life. And if we always accommodate the impaired with things non impaired can use for an advantage thats no Bueno. For example if my blindness got worse I'm not expect all games to be up my alley anymore.

Well then we have a problem: AFAIK the license holders only agreed to the deal because the TS exists.
Myers always has been a killer who punishes the whole team for a single mistake and I like it. The real problem is that many do not know how to position oneself and how to not let him stalk you. I remember matches where survivors kept him out of Tier 2 for 2 or even 3 gens! Nowadays Survivors just tbag in his face or try stupid stuff.
Blight has the problem that he is an S Tier killer. He does not need AlcRing, C33 etc... Myers has the slowest early game of all killers, even slower than Trapper or Hag, and Undetectable is still hard countered by Spine Chill (seriously fix this, devs). TS is one of the few addons that might compete with high MMR survivors. Even perma EWIII is not that good because people stop wasting time with healing.
I play this game for 4.5 years and almost have 6k hrs and play both sides. I also was a Myers Main in my early days. Thank you.
I agree that TS Piece needs a nerf. I stated myself in a proposed rework of Myers a while ago, that it should
a) either only be possible on death hook, but removing the extra stalk needed
or
b) that only one survivor can be mori'd and after that you can't get to EWIII anymore.
I don't think they can change Judith's TS though because of Evil Incarnate. Maybe they could make it that you can't use the fast stalking addons with it, because double pink is not the real problem...
