Hows your 1st game after mid chapter update?

Survivor dont use deadhead like before. The match was really long, as I was using hit and run and slug playstyle. Still, was facing swf tho, their coordinated healing still good tho.

So hows your first match?

Gens pop faster without slowdown to counter?

healing is suck and force you to find other survivor?

less oppressive than i thought. survivor play more altruistically.

Well. The first match server still had to check back in with the game or sth, idk. It was a 250+ ping lobby and everyone got hit from the moon (literally got hit registered from a hit at the one TL window when I was already vaulting the other). Also, not knowing that all settings had changed everything felt wonky and weird.

Now, that literal first match aside, there wasn't actually any noticeable difference for me during the ~10 matches that followed. (But we never really used the perks/items that were changed all that much to begin with).

I played Pig with Brutal, Corrupt, STBFL and Dead Lock, survivors got Red Forest. Solid players all around, looped and worked on gens efficiently. 6 hooks 1 sacrifice.

Second match I got sent to Eeyrie with 4 toolboxes so I set aside my usual no tunneling rule and played as sweaty as possible. First 4 gen flew past, but with one survivor dead, the match came to a halt and ended up 4king. In these two matches I swung every single time whether or not they could have had Dead Hard. Ate only one. At this point I think it's more efficient to risk it and occasionally take the L.

I'm not even considering touching survivor with the pre-patch SBMM adjustments potentially still being around. SoloQ escape rate might actually drop to sub 1%.

Ran Gearhead/Lethal-Pursuer/BBQ on Hillbilly with the silent saw addon. Without DH it actually felt like both mine and the survivors mistakes matter way more now, and the lack if chainsaw hits being swallowed made it so much more fun.

Sloppy + Lethal + camping + tunnelling + slugging. All in literally the first match. Same old killers.

Killer perspective, seen a veriety of items and perks but was generally losing. I will say that I hadn't played for a hot sec and was boosted to say the least, and a lot of these were just me. Medkits still seem good but don't carry a match beyond the begining and damage generally lasts allowing for more plays reguarding people being injured, toolboxes still feel the same but I didn't see a massive increase of them. Less DH feels nice and makes mistakes more impactful with people generally playing safer, CoH was seen a bit and still feels strong but generally less impactful being set up when survivors need to recover instead of always.

Haven’t played yet, but I’m not looking forward to seeing Sprint Burst every match. I am going to miss going against four Dead Hards a game.

I wouldn't worry too much about that I have seen plenty of DH users and more Lithe than anything else. I find people screw up SB more than DH.

Died to a Pinhead with NOED first game after running him half the match and then in my second game my game crashed 10 seconds after loading in.

Yeah, not having great matches so far, lol.

I haven't been playing the game recently, I'm just in the burnout period right now. I've heard the patch is good though, so I'm excited to play whenever I get back to the game.

Played 2 games as nurse on ps5 (I've never played nurse but she is tier 3). Got a 4k both games. Ran with the addon for only 1 blink, sloppy, noed, nurses calling, and STBL. I was primarily a basic m1 killer and got them due to them being very altruistic.

As survivor, mostly having teammates give up on first hook so the usual solo play. I survived a few games out of the 5 I played.

I played one game as survivor, it was a really nice. It wasn't particularly fun or anything, but it wasn't tedious like playing has been for a long while now, so it was very welcome.

It was against a GF, whom I already don't like going against, he tunneled the first guy out and kinda proxy camped a bit but it didn't feel super oppressive bc the regression he stacked wasn't as bad since they got nerfed. We struggled but we got all gens done even though I finished the last one when he hooked my last teammate. We all died and it wasn't really fun but the bar is so low I actually considered it a good game.

Also I tried running botany + self-care and wow I remembered why I never used self-care and will never use it again.
