Legion's weapon hand moves during the cool-down if you spin your camera

In this update (6.7.0) Legion got an update to their animations. It has caused several bugs to pop up, one of which I've reported here:

However, their right hand (the one holding the weapon) still has inertia and weight to it during the cool-down, meaning if you spin your camera quickly when ending Frenzy, it begins to move around the place and look goofy.

    I want to add that the female Legions do not have any of the new right hand movements (inertia and weighted feel)

    This also happens during the attack cool-downs for both basic and special attacks.
