Make Spirit get her power fast
The Spirit is heavily reliant on her power because her base movement speed is too slow! The Spirit cannot mind game pallets with a 4.4m/s. So instead make her power recharge quicker. 15 seconds is way too much since survivors can pre drop a pallet and you have no choice but to stop Phasing and break the pallet and then wait another 15 seconds to use her power again.
The kill rate you see on spirit is literally because people only run MDR and Yakuyoke and add ons should not give too much power to the killer.
Please reduce her power recharge time.
Maybe from 15 seconds to 10 seconds?

Before the patch dropped, I played spirit mainly with yellow addons. As it dropped, I changed them to brown ones, because I felt the game being too easy (exceptions do exists, like badham is still not super easy).
As this patch dropped, I am expecting heavy nerfs to 3 best killers in game - spirit being #3 in that list. There's literally no room for any buffs to her

Spirit is the most addon reliant killer in the game by virtue of how big her addonless gap is.
Ring gives her ridiculous mobility.Amulet gives her ridiculous duration and recharge.Both stack nicely on top of her power and together give her unparalled mobility outside of blight while still having an above average chase power.
That being said you remove those addons, and now you have a killer who can either use her power to catch up or you either use it to get a hit(Which as a 4.4 killer you NEED to),and remember you can force 50/50s vs spirit and if she fails she has to wait 10-15 more seconds.You CANNOT do both with one power charge unless you have her iri or purple addon,which is exactly why they are so strong.This places her somewhere in B tier imo,stronger than m1 killers cause she can eventually get a hit,weaker than proper killers.
Her basekit should be buffed and her ring slightly nerfed.

You do realize that her power recovery is based on how much you use... right?
Use 1s, it recovers in 3s. Use all 5, it recovers in 15. A survivor predropping a pallet probably won't result in a 15s CD unless you tried to go around.

Spirit is universally agreed as one of the Top 5,if not Top 3 killers in the game. This is a horrible suggestion

Of all the Killers with a long cooldown to their Power, Spirit isnt one who is lacking that speed imo.

Spirit is fine the way she is. No basekit buffs or nerfs needed. I say basekit because she does need a ton of add ons changes.

Only if spirit didn't have the most busted addons in the game with duration that ALSO increases recharge rate better than most of her recharge addons. Spirit needs nerfs/reworks more than anything else specifically to most of her addons. They can increase basekit for sure after doing so.

Amulet is an extra 3.5s which is pretty nuts and increases recharge rate by 70%
Talisman is an extra 1s with and 20% increase to recharge

1 second is way more than you realize. That second can be the difference between getting a hit or not if the survivor makes a lot of distance in some situations.
Also let’s not forget that the way the devs coded Spirit’s add ons, her duration add ons give better recovery than recovery add ons, so that 1 extra second of duration gives some recovery as well.

I am a Main Spirit, so I will say that I agree to some extent with the author. She should add a little mobility, because she simply does not have time to defend something. I would advise you to do this, taking into account her add-ons: When a charge of strength is spent completely, the charge is replenished 30% faster, if it is not full, at normal speed.
In the spirit game lately, I have to take addons to quickly restore her ability. I think this is due to the large number of outgoing maps of huge size.

Any change in basekit would mean butchering her add-ons. You really want that?

I don't remember seeing good Spirit players lose a game over the last year. And this is usually with two yellow addons.
I saw many god Blight players lost their games, but not Spirit. She has no counterplay in right hands.

I wouldn't go as far. She most certainly has counterplay - it mostly consists of predropping+make her guess 50/50 and macro play. She can be played around - so long as she does not use MDR+amulet that is...

Sure, she has counterplay since her nerf, but Iron will is also not a thing anymore, so it's almost impossible to double back while injured, unless you are Ace.
I think author just keeps playing her wrong and use all her power all the time, but that's just bad.
I don't think she needs any changes. I don't mind playing against her and she is kinda fun to play as.

I agree that her basekit is perfect and does not need changes. I am even ok with her yellow addons being much stronger then some killer's iri addons (even tho they are super basic in their effect). But I still think that her certain purple and pink addons need nerf (on the other hand, she does have absolutely awful addons too, but so long as pyramidhead exists in his current state, it does not even needs to be mentioned really).
Also - with good headset, you don't need the survivor to be injured at all. Breathing and footsteps can be picked up - and if they walk on grass, that's a free hit.
