Head On Exhaustion against Nurse
I justed used Head On after the Nurse blinked towards the locker and swung. Then I got exhausted but it didnt even stun her. I dont think thats fair.

It isn't fair. It's part of her rework at patch 5.5 if I remember correctly. Before this patch, she could have been stunned and fatigued so that both things did apply. Now? She gets a free pass - and if you stun her before fatigue, you are royally screwed, because she will get stunned only without fatigue = you get very little distance and are probably just going down.
But at least nurse is slow M1 killer that just needs help. It would be a problem only if she was like S-tier killer or something /s

yeah she is a special case they have never fixed and it's annoying. Especially considering how strong her power is despite all the silly niches.

nurse can't open locker until after the fatigue ends

IMO Stun should override fatigue, and when stunned, Nurse should lost her blinks and need to recharge. She is very hard to stun, so the reward would be nice, this would also help with decesive strike, which atm is useless agaist Nurse, saves max 4s.

that used to be the case, but they changed it because it was "not intended". Meanwhile, Legion can be stunned while in fatigue anytime :)))))))
