Exhaustion needs a update

This update targeting Dead Hard is fine, but there isn't much counter play to Sprint Burst. Even if you bring Fearmonger, there's just all these opportunities to 99 your recovery.

In my opinion there should be a pause timer on recovering exhaustion if you sprint for more than 5 second or something. It just makes exhaustion make more sense instead of exploiting 99 like you did back in old renditions of Sprint Burst when you didn't even have exhaustion. The only main killer perk built to counter act it can be cheesed out of it's use and we are going to be seeing a lot more sprint burst stuff now that Dead hard is being changed again.

Taking hit after hit while running non stop and stopping for 1 second to turn on a perk is getting really silly and an old headache.

Or increase the time Fearmonger makes you exhausted for but that's not as practical as my first suggestion.
