what is the difference between these two Legion addons??

  • Julie's Mix Tape: Slightly decreases the cool-down duration of Feral Frenzy.
  • Etched Ruler: Moderately decreases the time required to refill the power gauge.


i get that one says slightly decreases and the other says Moderately but thats not what im asking.

both of these addons seem to do the same thing just worded differently.
