The way injured state of survivor works should be changed...
Once you get injured you should slowly morph into temporary No Mither state.
So grunts of pain go from 0 to 75% as time goes on. Bleeding gets reduced to nothing as time goes on. As a downside healing takes longer depending on how long you have been injured.

Just use the "Autodidact" perk and won't have to change anything.

Then remove autodidact. Thats not what you should focus on.
And even if you dont are you going to trade 1 perk slot to have No mither effect that takes time to reach its peak effectiveness?

Your buff to survivors would result in killer perks nerfing.
Sloppy would be brutal against this. You would never get to heal unless you go hide in corner of the map.
Nurse's calling to interrupt any healing if possible, your progress is gone and it will be even slower next time you try it.
Bad idea, also making the game worse for new players.

But that depends entirely on how much the healing time is extended. Also sloppy couldnt be changed so that it doesnt take into account extra time.

Bigger issue for this is losing healing progress whenever interrupted.
But yeah, if you want better iron will and trade off is few seconds longer healing, then it would be massive buff.

I wouldnt say that its an issue at all since it works the same way right now when you get interrupted.
On the second thought how about it doesnt take longer to heal but haemorrhage(effect as in you have to heal all at once or else it does back to 0) is baked into it?

Then it doesn't matter.
Most killers wouldn't be able to affect it.
You still want better iron will basekit. There is no way you get to balance that.
