Can We Have Consistency on Perks Affecting Killer Powers?

For example, we all know that skillcheck perks like Huntress Lullaby or Unnerving Presence will not affect the skillchecks that occur when searching through Jigsaw boxes. Additionally, a few months ago it was made so that killers like Wesker and Legion won't receive any extra vault speed boosts from Bamboozle or Superior Anatomy when using their power. However, someone like Pinhead can use perks such as Franklin's Demise and Hoarder to spot who obtained the box and forcibly remove it from their hands without even downing them.

These perks directly affect Pinhead's power, and yet other killers don't have the same treatment. To be fair, I completely understand why the devs would remove perk power synergy as it directly ties to balance. However, if they are going to do it to some of them, they should do it to all of them for balance and consistency.

The devs have already doubled down on survivor perks and items that affect killer powers too for the same reason. With that being said though, Adrenaline also removes the survivor from Freddy's dream world and directly affects his power. I believe that should be removed as well for consistency and balance purposes.

Agreed, perks should affect Killers powers.

And Tier 3 Myers should be able to mori people in gens/lockers.

So I guess instead of dropping an Item, Franklins should chunk a fixed % of charges off the Item a Survivor is holding. Also why does Adrenaline Wake Up Survivors? That's probably an oversight.

If you were going to remove all of these interactions and have 100% consistency you would have to remove the following:

-Franklin's + Hoarder working with vaccines (Nemesis), Lament Configuration (Pinhead), and first aid sprays (Wesker)

-Iron Maiden affecting reloading (Huntress, Trickster) (and then you'd probably have to buff Iron Maiden because no one would use it anymore, maybe decrease the base reload time too to compensate if that's an issue)

-Bamboozle blocking vaults when Legion or Wesker uses their power to vault (the vault speed was already removed, but it still blocks the window)

    -Adrenaline's wake-up effect (Freddy)

-Rainbow Map and Red Twine tracking killer-specific objects, most notably traps (you could change it to only track totems instead)

Personally, I think the item interactions are a bit different from the others because all of those limited items that have to do with killer powers technically are still items that take up a survivor's item slot. Flashbangs are also classed in the same way as those items. So I think those interactions are fine. The other stuff should probably be removed.

I've recently heard that this was actually reverted at some point, but I haven't been able to test it myself.

I think you'd have to either rework Franklin's for that or make them non-items like Sadako's video tapes. Problem is, Sprays, Vaccines, and THE BOX all have interact buttons that would clash with your normal items so I'm not sure that's possible.
