Sabotage hook balancing

Hello dbd team and players,

On my opinion sabotage is useless perk and need to be balanced.

Reason: if you sabotage hook killer can drop wiggling body.

If he do that , you have bleeding ally on the groud so he can camp him.. my experience from the game is..that you lost another life becouse you are trying to safe your laying teammate.

Sabotage doest make a sense.

Drop the wiggling body had to be killer's perk. Than i think it will be balanced.

    Yeah do it like a perk. Sabotage is uselles, every killer drops the body on the ground a then kill saboteaur. This kill the game and fun and a lot of perks. Killer still have choice to grab them. And its fair to have this function like the Perk , also it can potencionally increase body trasport or another advantage with this PERK.

    Sabotaging needs to be a risky actions, as it denies the killer the reward for winning a chase. A wiggle out because a sabotaged hook can win a match.

    Droping the surv on the ground its the last resource killers have when facing sabotage. Think like this: when sabotaging you might not denying the killer a hook, but forcing him to change targets.

    You should accept the risk that sabotaging can bring.

    I think it's fine imo, at most it can use a basekit buff of 15 extra seconds to base sabotage and mabye a less cooldown for partial sabotages

    ...No, dropping a Survivor should not be a perk. What a horrid idea.

    If the Killer dropped your friend; this means Survivors can pick him up. Killer camping him? Go do gens. Or are you going to next demand slugged, camped Survivors teleport across the map for a free pickup? 🤦‍♂️

    Hook placement (especially saloon, but a lot of maps at this point) is the only fix that I want. And talking specifically about saboteur perk - fix it so that description actually is true (make it 2.5s sabotage instead of 3s). Then it's all good

    Even if the survivor is dropped, thats a win. If he gets camped, you get 4 minutes instead of 2 to do gens, and even if he waits for the hook to repair and picks them up again, not only is wiggle progress saved, but dropping incurs a penalty, and as long as the survivor had moved away from hooks, they can't be hooked anymore. Hell, if they're dropped too late its a free escape.


    Sabotuer is rather powerful, and a single successful sabotuer can literally change the pace of the game. You complaining about it being too weak just tells me you aren't using it correctly, or can't be ######### actually getting good and just want easy wins. /thread

    Isn't that the point of running a sabo build, to buy a bunch of the killer's time? if your camping the down survivor, then doesn't that mean the survivor did his job? so the gens would get done if they're not too altruistic.
