But instead of this Alien...

It's this Alien...

AKA your classic 'Grey'.

I always thought that would be cool. Give him a ray gun that he charges at completed generators and an abduction mechanic where survivors are beamed up into flying saucers instead of hooks. Survivors can escape the ship or survivors on the ground can try to shoot down the ship with missile stations.

Ray Guns might be a little too camp for a serious killer concept. 😂

I actually came up with a concept for such a killer a couple years ago

It's essentially based around the 'abduction' theme, with the power having the closest similarity to Doctor and Pyramid Head I suppose, based on a theme of misdirection and inciting madness, capitalising on slowing down survivors or hindering their actions, and 'teleporting' them to other areas of the map.

    Honestly? I’d take it.

It's too unlike other killers in the game. They aren't just going to start adding flying saucers to the game that survivors can shoot down. Survivors don't get weapons. Now, I could see Alien's using their telepathic abilities to cause harm to people.

I would like a Queen Alien that has a detachable baby like the twins but with Plague like capabilities. Then Ripley as the survivor with Jonsey as a healing Perk and the Yellow Space Armor for slugging protection hit. Ripley's tag line would be awesome but I doubt it.

Any alien on an alien world or spaceship would do me. It'd be awesome.

The game might actually get put into a very bad spot. That chapter would have to do some never before seen, hitherto-fore, 360 no-scope wheremst, smoking on that dark evil pack levels of amazing stuff.

Now maybe it is because by internet logic I'm super old, but Greys haven't been scary since the 90's. Their not even the preferred UFO conspiracy theorist cryptid anymore. They fell off and stayed off.

Also, the game is desperately in need of a killer to release with an absolutely amazing power that is both fun for killers to use and survivors play against with none of the usual "We've given control of best part of the power to the survivor as counterplay" crap.

Yeah I would take it. Seeing their creative take on this completely independent on any source/licensed material.

though i don’t see it as the anniversary chapter.

and Xenomorph is already just really wishful thinking as it’s probably way too expensive

Great idea! But make it scary. Honestly, a sci-fi horror themed killer would help the game's fame greatly.

It can be thin but make it tall and menacing. Also, the accompanying level could have otherworldly objects, sounds... I always felt Eyrie of Crows was unique in that regard (think about that black goo-ish stuff emanating from the ground) so this would follow from a design perspective (but it can be a bit more far-fetched).
