When is Hemorasdhhfhh getting looked at?
Apart from the terrible complicated spelling,Hem. is also currently low-key stronger than mangled. It's really rough in solos and versus fun perks like solidarity or resurgence.
It would be nice to see this effect toned down and be applied less,as medkits are now very dead.

Tbh, I just dislike how fast your progress resets. And because it's mostly applied via sloppy, getting interrupted really hurts there.

In my opinion it's specific interactions and how it's applied needs to be looked at.
Less addons that inflict it + remove the extra regression speed off sloppy. Then I'd like to see it also only apply when you're sprinting (or moving in general?). That way interrupting heals is still totally a thing,just doesnt feel too bad to waste 23s getting a 99% heal only to waste it all.

Hemorrhage should actually be base kit so nobody can 99 heals.
