Licenses I think BHVR could add that would have a lot of potential
My first one would be TWD, I swear if they added Rick I would have him P100 the first day he drops. Negan could also be the killer, with his knife being his main weapon and Lucille being his power.
My second one would be Chucky. Now, a ton of people wonder how Chucky could be added into the game. And if you have watched the TV show, you would know that Charles can transfer his soul into other dolls. This could give him easy mobility. Now, would he be broken in chase? Yes he would. However, I still want him to be added. I would personally have Tiff as the killer, and give her the ability to deploy Chucky to patrol the map and chase survivors.
My last one would be The Last Of Us. This chapter would be so good for the game as it would give it a ton of publicity. All of these licenses would probably be easy to obtain. As far to my knowledge, TWD and TLOU license holders aren't very strict, which means that these licenses have a good chance of making it into the game.

Yea but it's also canon that he's 2-3 feet, which could cause some issues. But they def could just make him like a foot taller

I highly doubt that Sony (who definitely loves to play nice and will definitely not cause issues) would let people on Xbox, Switch or PC play The Last of Us.

"The Walking Dead" would be a fun chapter. They have enough well-known survivor and killer opportunities, the characters are recognisable and map potential would also be varied. I would be very happy to see this chapter in DBD.
"Chucky" .. I admit I'm probably in the minority here, but I really dislike that character. Never found the appeal in it and the idea of Chucky as a killer strikes me as rather lame. However, a lot do like him and certainly he's a well-known killer who would attract attention. I reckon he'd be more a paragraph than a chapter though.
"The Last of Us" would be a great chapter also. It's been mentioned already, but as it's a Sony exclusive they may have some say as to whether their title should appear on rival consoles. However, ignoring that this series absolutely has the protagonists and maps, and the killer could easily be an infected. In fact, a Clicker as a killer could create a completely new type of playstyle.

There's a ton of survivors they could add too. If they wouldn't wanna add Kyle or Andy, they could add Jake, Lexy, or Devon from the show (aged up ofc bc they're only 14-15 in the show)

TLoU is a chapter I want to see come in a lot. Since double survivor chapters have been prominent lately it would be super cool to get Joel and Ellie together. A Clicker would be an awesome killer, easily my favorite zombie type design in all of media.
TWD definitely has a LOT of strong contenders for survivors, im not sure it has great options for killers though. Also the prison is probably my most wanted location to come to DBD. Absolutely iconic place.

If bhvr does a Walking Dead chapter and they don't go for the Telltale games, then i don't care about it.
I haven't played Last of Us, so that one is a literal whatever for me.
Chucky is probably the only candidate on the list that i care enough about to see added to the game, my utter craving for more pre-2000 horror movie licenses (both mainstream & niche) and lack of them in recent times have been driving me nuts, granted it's only been a year since we got Ringu but it somehow feels way longer than that.
