How to ''buff'' insidious

So, I've seen a few people (manly streamers) say that the perk insidious is either boring (no use in a actual game) or somewhat unfair (when a certain killer with a yellow apron and a chainsaw is using it). So ive been thinking what if insidious works like lethal but for undetectable?

Examples: Insidious grants an additional X seconds of undetectable when used with tinkerer or with some killer add-on plus, you begin the match undetectable as well.

    That'd be cool, I had thought it could work like being undetectable at the start of the match and after hooking someone up until hitting a survivor, would have to prevent that from being used for camping tho

    When you stand still, you can get undetectable effect and can see the arua of survivor within 32 meter.

    I always thought Insidious should make the Undetectable status effect from standing still linger for a few additional seconds after moving or performing an action. Would make it pretty interesting to use during chases and around loops as it would turn off the red stain while the effect lingers.

    Actually, if they added the lingering effect, and also made it add additional seconds of Undetectable to other lingering Undetectable status effects, similar to how Lethal Pursuer works for aura perks, that'd be a great addition to the perk and make it much more versatile.

    I could see it working something like this:

    Insidious

    • When the killer is standing still, the killer will gain the Undetectable status effect after 2 seconds for as long as they are standing still
    • The Undetectable status effect lingers for 2/4/6 seconds after moving, performing an action, attacking, or using a killer's power
    • Extends the duration of all Undetectable status effects by 2 seconds

    I also did think off an undectable extension as well, however, the value should not go above 1 or 2 seconds since some killers have a small basekit undetectable and higher values might make some of their add-ons useless (to be fair Demogorgon's green mushroom is already quite useless).

    My idea was to decrease the size of 2nd/3rd phases of the terror radius with each hook

    I think I'd like the idea of having it so that you can turn Insidious on like you did before but you get like 5 seconds of movement while still staying undetectable
