Especially with the new change to dead hard. David's adept is now even harder to achieve.
Or the perk basically needs a rework now because it was designed to be paired with dead hard - which has been completely changed.

Would be interesting if No Mither made your exhaustion recharge slightly slower but made it also recharge even while running. If you're good your chases are better but you only get 1 health state.
