PC - Disconnection from host error

Every time I queue up for a match, it hits the loading screen and then I get a ''disconnection from host'' error making the game unplayable. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, restarting my router, and restarting my PC but nothing has worked. Is there a solution to this?
