Survivor/Killer bonus %

Good morning friends!

I have a question about survivor and killer bonuses. Yesterday my partner and I were playing side by side, on PC. They had survivor bonus 100% , but yet for me it said killer bonus 100%. Is this a bug? We are on the same internet connection, platform, etc. Thank you in advance for the help!

    The bonus also depends on MMR :)
