Suggestion for hook deadzones
Whenever a survivor wiggles free, the nearest broken hook is repaired by 50%. This way, with some time investment, the killer can get a hook back and actually hook the survivor. Repair it by 33% if you think the killer should spend more time. The killer mismanaged their hooks, sure, but at least they can hook the last survivor who runs to the same corner repeatedly, and then everyone can move on.
OR
Wiggling free from the killer reduces the survivors wiggle speed by a bit and can stack, so that after several attempts, the killer is able to hook the survivor. Though this could be abused to ignore regular hooks and try hooking in the basement.

I just think a hook a survivor dies on should just respawn the hook after a while like a saboed hook.
Amount of games i see or played can't get to a hook an people get to crawl out for free as no hook near enough

The amount of games I played, when the hooks are somewhat too far apart, due to map being too small or large; and the closest hooks are either too far apart and survivors could physically run to the corner or simply make a sabotage play. Would be nice if death hooks, eventually come back even if it takes longer time then sabotages; or if there is only one survivor left.

I think that hooks should not come back on their own. The killer should manage resources just like survivors have to conserve pallets (less so on some maps... 😒cough The Game cough).
This is why I suggested some time investment from the killer.

Add this effect to Monstrous Shrine. Maybe then it'll finally be run by someone.
