Its been 1 day of live, do you think there is enough observed experience to make practical changes already?
I mean initial reaction sure but beyond that... eh.

I'm willing to bet that's something they're keeping an eye on since they reduced their availability since the PTB. Maybe they'll be shown they didn't go far enough with the emp nerfs.

How on earth is everything about this chapter busted...?
Beyond EMPs still being a little overtuned, it looks at worst like a neutral chapter.

The map is terrible for almost all ranged killers, and quite cluttered as well, "Made for this" is not a healthy perk for the game, as you said EMPs make the singularity feel sluggish and make him an m1 killer most of the time.

Do you seriously thinks this game is deep enough to the point people have to wait few days?
first impression were pretty much proper evaluation for basically all the times, especially killer power.
Not to mention we already had a quite lengthy PTB.
