Will masterminds techs be reconsidered while he's disabled or is he only receiving bug fixes?

Hello! I just had a question about wesker while he's killswitched, I've seen some people say he was disabled to change his techniques and tricks, while i know this isn't true and was actually because of the invisibility glitch(invisabert goes crazy) i was wondering if when he returns to us if he will be as he was before? Or if in the future the team was considering mastermind changes? Im a wesker main with plenty of hours and experience and believe alot of his techs express skill and are healthy for the game.     Well these techs are bugs too actually. I know the fun of doing techs and its a good scaling. But currently it's "pre-determined" hitbox bug is not healthy for the survivors. It would be actually cool to make it non pre-determined and still doable.
