Doctor Should be able to Hold his Abilities

That's something I really don't understand. Why can't Doctor be allowed to hold the Shock Therapy and Static Blast abilities?

Other Killers like Plague or Nemesis or Huntress or even Dredge can hold their abilities indefinitely and their only penalties are a slowdown to their movement speed. Even Clown and Freddy can hold onto their abilities until they want to use them and they don't really suffer any penalty.

Give Doctor this ability. He's the only Killer of his type that doesn't have this ability.

As someone who has played a lot of Doctor, I can say that I do agree with this

.... Huh. That's an interesting thought. It'd certainly change how he plays and how you play against him. Pump fakes would be less effective but I think it'd even out.

I feel like the doctor relies significantly more on timing than any of those killers. People who have played doctor for a long time would be forced to adjust to releasing the shock button instead of just holding it down. Also, why would you ever want to hold it down? It wouldn't benefit you in chase, and with how much blast lowers your movement speed, there is no reason to hold it

To add to this idea, imagine how dope it'd be to see Doctor holding his Shock Therapy charge again from the Survivor POV. Guy walks like an absolute unit ready to unleash Hell on you.

I would really hate this. Timing is really important with Doctor, and this would mess with it pretty significantly.

Also, if you let go of the power just before it's fully charged, then it would end up giving you the movement speed penalty without firing off the Shock Therapy. Anyone who played Leatherface before his rework knows this pain.
