There was no hole before Patch 7.0.0 and you can clearly see that the texture is messed up

Oh... the thumb muscle in the palm becomes see thru when Nurse brings her hand near her facing, causing a clip issue with her camera boundaries.

With patch 7.3.1 or prior, this bug has been fixed.
