Legion's Fifth Hit / PC
Had endurance when Frank came after me with his final hit (I still have endurance from being unhooked) but was still downed despite the supposed safety of the built in BT off the hook.

Did he already put you into Deep Wound before the fifth hit happened? If so, that prevents Endurance from protecting you, so you go down anyways.

If you were already in deep wound, endurance wont work, at all.
The only perk that will protect your from fifth hit is MoM i believe

There's currently a bug where it still shows Legion is in his power when he is not.. could be that or what the others commented.

I was hit right off the hook while he was in power which ate my BT, my Off the Record was active after that - I suppose that endurance effect doesnt count either?

No endurance counts if you're in deep wound so that would be the issue. He hit you right off of hook putting you in deep wound which turned off your endurance so you could be downed. Only exception, as others said, is Mettle of Man. This isn't a bug.

The Frenzy hit off the hook actually wouldn't have consumed your BT, as it's not an attack that can down you - but then on the fifth hit they can down you, and you were already in deep wound from the previous hit so BT/OTR can't protect you in that case.
