Add a "give props" Notification
Currently, you can go in and give a player props in which case nothing will happen as far as I'm aware I think it should EVEN if you're in a match let you know that
"Player gave you props" it makes everyone feel uplifted about a match even killers. Overwatched does this and it's very lovely to receive endorsements, I think overall this could be a quick fix between console and PC players in terms of communication, I still would like a chat to be added for console, but props could mean many things depending on what happened in the trial, it could mean "I'm sorry" if you had accidentally sandbagged it means "thank you for your sacrifice" and ETC.
I think it should also be easier to give someone props than to report someone, just a button right beside someone's name with a thumbs up and you click it and it happens, while reporting can be in a separate menu entirely or just pull up after clicking thumbs down right next to the thumbs up, whatever works, just spreading positivity more than toxicity is beneficial to the game in general

Heck they should really tweak it to not only give notifications, but also BP (possibly shards? idk) for a certain amount of them you get every rank reset as well.

The only problem is SWF just abusing feature after every match. It wouldn't be fun, but Im sure some would do it.

Could just disable the option if the player is on your friendslist. Then again they could unadd/add each other in lobby.

Yup, overwatch disables it for parties, and also sets a timer on everyone so you cant endorse someone again until like a certain amount of hours after you endorsed them

Totally support this feature.

Bumping this, as over the past week through the masquerade I've encountered a lot more constant sweats, trolling players, DCs, and BM from both sides.
I'm a big advocate for saying you need to let this wash off you back, but it gets difficult to keep yourself off tilt when you face constant negative behaviour repeatedly.
Being able to thumbs up players who make the game a positive experience, and know that they see it, as well as getting your own thumbs up would do a lot to soften the frustration and toxicity of this game.
Like getting a smiley face from a car speed monitor. It seems kinda dumb, but positive re-enforcement is way more effective than punishment.

With the player profiles coming up it'd be nice to have a "X people gave this player props" sort of thing on it
