Survivor event
Why is it that in every single event, survivors have to escape in order to achieve a cosmetic? There's nothing more frustrating than playing a good match only to be sacrificed at the end with nothing to show for it.
I'm not exactly a stellar survivor, but no joke I've played 10 matches in a row and have only escaped once. BHVR, can you please change it to where all survivors have to do is acquire the damn thing?

You don’t have to escape. Just make it to an exit open, or hatch. You can be the last one sacrificed and still get a mask, or multiple survivors can if they are sacrificed at the same time.
Yes, killer is easier to get the rewards, but survivor isn’t that bad. I think it took me 13 games to get all of them done.
Edit - I do agree, it should be an acquired thing like last event where you had to fill up the thingy all the way to get a reward either way.

You don't need to escape, you just need to survive until either an exit gate is open or the hatch spawns.
I'm assuming they've done it this way so survivors don't just throw games after they've gotten the invitation.

Yeah I haven't been able to make it that far into a match. LOL Like I said, I'm not that great at survivor, but holy hell I didn't think I would have to make it until the gates were opened. But yeah I agree, it would be nice if it was like the last event to where all you had to do was acquire it.

Because when the requirements were more lenient tons of survivors were just getting their invitation or whatever and then throwing themselves at the killer to suicide on hooks.
Other survivors complained about losing matches and not being able to play a normal game.

Yes, I also preferred the Halloween event where you could bank your points and get your prize whether you lived or died. I didn't have a problem collecting the masks for this event, but it's frustrating to feel like it's out of your hands.

Ive seen a few killers today and yesterday who started a game got an invitation and then went afk. Maybe its time to make the requirements harder for killer.

Tis why I do 2 hooks and down only 2 people at once until BP is max.
Easy way to farm since they will realize it at the end 80% of the time unless they are toxic survivors which I get a few. This helps them max points with healing and chase.
