Pyramid head PTB buff

Make his PTB buff a iri addon, a think that will be pretty good to him, some killers have really good iri or purple addons, thinking in that way, making the PTB buff a iri addon I think is fair.

It's a good idea? Or his tunnel capabilities will be OP?

    I don't think having Punishment inflict Torment would be fair even if it was an Ultra Rare addon.

    That said, he does need an addon pass in general, but this isn't one I'd like to see.

    In the PTB people tested how easy it was to tunnel somebody out without any chance for the survivors to do anything about it since until tunneling perks don't work with the cages, nor they recover their exhaustion (I'm pretty certain). PH can literally stand still holding his power in range once he knows where the caged survivor spawns (which is not really difficult to do).

    His whole mechanic of cages need a rework or adjustment in order to get actual buffs that can help him. because I doubt it was even intended to be used as it is used (I believe it was meant to be some sort of time efficiency mechanic to not have to carry people to hooks, and also easy way to avoid pallet or flashlight saves). That mechanic is extremely strong and holds back the rest of his character. Such a shame because his shooting ability is really fun and cool for both sides in my opinion! Hope they fix his tunneling issue soon and we can see some interesting addons too!

    True, if they make cage a "hook" will be better for this buff, and will increase the amount of build with him, except scourge hook, and like you said the simple fact that avoid flash saves, pallets and time to go to a hook will make him strong but not unfair, except for DS.

    Edit: or making his power don't work near a hook or cage, like artist bird, drones and other stuff.

    I'm in no doubt it would of been good but it's ahsame we didn't at least get to see it in action even in ptb some work went into it would of been interesting just to see even if for a day oh well.

    Exactly! If his cages weren't used as a tunneling tool as they are, it would feel so smooth to play him inflicting the torment with his shooting power like in the PTB, make hooking perks (like pop, thwack, etc., not scouge hooks of course) work for the cages same as the unti tunneling perks (not DS tho). It would benefit a lot of scenarios and counter so many things that otherwise it would be impossible to progress the game as intended (having to slug because there are no hooks in the area, boil over flip flop scenarios, etc.). Hope they implement it in the future once they rework his power!

    how is PTB different from current live version? if your in a cage and pyramid is holding m2 as someone save you, you still go down and immediately get put on the hook. there is no punishment for facecamping hooks currently so you can also do same thing with hook and just hold m2 near a hook.

    The only difference between PTB and live version is that you could be caged->caged->mori instead of cage->hooked->mori'd. The tunneling potencial is fairly similar regardless of the change.

    Now you can avoid his thing on the ground in most situations, I still don't like the mechanic, but in PTB it was just unplayable against. Survivors left games with less than 5K points because there is nothing they can do once they got hit once, it's already gg.
