Rift Re-Colored skins should make it into the shop
Re-Colors that appear in the rifts should come to the stores after a year aswell. Back then, I missed out on Janes Re-Color with the Pink hair, or Blights blue Re-Color. There are some pretty good ones that definitely deserve a place in the stores. Is there anything planned maybe?

I think the point of time exclusivity is to make you spend, I doubt their marketing team would agree with you lol.

Other skins from the rift appear in the stores too after some time, why not recolors?

While I don't disagree that at some point, there should be opportunities to get them, the gist of it is called "time exclusivity"
it means if you don't get it NAOW, you'll never get it. It's a marketing thing.

I know. But BHVR said that "skins" from the rift will appear in the stores after at least ~9 months. But for some reason, that doesn't include recolors, just full new skin sets

The skins from the rifts do make an apperance eventually (see Kate's or legion for example) however recolors of existing skin don't. Or atleast haven't yet.
