Do all players get a DC penalty if 1 disconnects?

I was in a group lobby and 1 player disconnected in the middle of the match, after the game was over and we were back in it, it said we had to wait 2 minutes to play again. Did everyone get a DC penalty because of that 1 player????

    I got a 6 hours penalty for lagging out. Not sure if it was me or another player.

    No - it shouldn't work that way. Someone else disconnecting shouldn't cause you to get any DC penalties.

    Sometimes the end-game UI can display the incorrect information when a crash or similar occurs though and make it look like someone else DC'd when everyone in the lobby was disconnected from the server rather than one person.

    Everyone else was still in the game though, the person had disconnected after they were about to get their final hook. The rest of us played until the end.
