Just wanted to say hi. I use to be on these forums religiously, but my PC kinda went up in smoke and ended my DBD playing. Recently rebought the game for Switch and have been whiping off the rust. Last time I played was right b4 the Bubba rework so... boy do I have alot to catch up on, lol. Anyways, just wanted to see who all is still here from back in the day. See you all the fog.

I noticed I'm not seeing those old accounts. Frankly I'm surprised I still have my pretty red Freddy PFP, lol. All in all though from the posts I'm seeing... yeah, it's the same forums, lol. Still ppl complaining about basically everything. Been having fun with this event but apparently there's plenty of ppl hating it.

Welcome back, a lot has changed with the game, so hopefully you find yourself having a good time with it!

Also the Anniversary Event is active, so should be able to make a lot of progress on unlocking perks/content you previously had unlocked.

I noticed, lol. Rebought Bubba last night and getting use to the changes with him. Really wish cross progression was a thing... rip. My PC account had Demogorgon.

Cross-progression was in the works but BHVR said they cannot do it yet because some things are out of their control.

I assume it may be something to do with Microsoft and Sony since they are really stingy when it comes cross-platform stuff.

But I understand how you feel since my Demogorgan is on PS4 and I moved to PC leaving them behind... which still pains me.

Kinda wish I could at least say GG in the endgame chat. Nintendo is kinda overprotective and allows no chat options on the switch. Just steamrolled a team who must be scratching their heads at my P1 Bubba with a half-assed build. They actually were pretty good, but alas... I'm not even allowed to SEE chat. I keep wiffing hits because I'm still rusty and use to mouse and keyboard, but Bubba's chainsaw is NASTY now.

Yea his Chainsaw is pretty good now. Back when Bubba came out, people would only camp because his power just sucked in chase. Now you can actually use their Chainsaw in chase, and if you are skilled enough, you put people into 50/50s where you almost always get a down or a pallet out of the way.

You can use their Iridescent addon to get their old Chainsaw back, but I do not recommend it since (for some reason) you move really, really slow.

I use to play him b4 his change. PWYF on him was AMAZING. I tried his Iri add on last night and yeah, I know whacha mean. Felt like that scene from Austin Powers where he's driving a steamroller and SLOWLY moving toward a worker. Tossed on the double speed add-ons and now I feel like a Freight train.

Yeah its not too common to see a red background like that anymore, and yeah still the same ol' bitchin and moaning.

The Event I think are mainly just the extremists complaining that the other side has something else they can do that can be a mild inconvenience. For me its the server issues I have a problem with, but its not DbD unless theres something wrong eh?

You'd think ppl would appreciate it since it feels like the weaker killers are the ones that are benefitting most from the event powers. Wouldn't that bring more diversity to what ppl use?
