Probably depends on your mmr.
Low and mid survivor is very hard, while at that level killer is easy (at least in my experience)
High mmr survivors are much more efficient and killers have to play near perfectly and often quite scummy

Because survivors also make mistakes? One of the biggest being too altruistic. Also at a decent level of play most killers just aren't viable. But you know most of this player base is casual and the average skill of the dbd player is pretty bad unless you're EU where you can find better people more often.

Let them die. You can't fix stupid. Make the game about you surviving. I have games where i have zero interaction with the killer.
I do unhooks when its safe, i do my gens, but i generally don't do hero plays.

I have 2k hours on killer. its only easy if the survivors are bad, I think you just have low elo on killer.

Ah yes, only if we had a mechanics that allows people to play with their own ally of choice, something like... survive with your friend I think?

Survivors also can make multiple mistakes and still win.
It doesn't come down to who makes the most mistakes, it comes down to who can capitalise off the opponents mistakes the most.
If a survivor makes a mistake and the killer takes advantage of that, they get a quick down, maybe a snowball, or even just a simple hit which can often lead to a victory if the killer plays their cards right.
Same for the other side. If a killer makes a mistake and the survivors capitalise on it, then they are more likely to win. But if you're just walking around doing chests or just hiding then you're not taking advantage of it and the killer's mistake goes unpunished.
So if all the killers you play against are making several mistakes and you are still losing most of your games, you're either making more mistakes/much bigger mistakes than the killer is or you're not taking advantage of the killers mistakes.

Against solo queue, you are far from correct. Unless you’re against a really good team with comms, killer isn’t that hard.

Solo queue is only weak because majority of players within solo queue is weak, and which isn't exactly the case for every regions.
There can very well be a good survivor team in solo q.

And why do you think they are weak? It’s because the state of solo queue right now is abysmal especially if killers play sweaty and try to get survivors out of the game early.

It's not always easy but it's sure as hell easier to win more games as killer than survivor.
Survivor is also much harder than it was years ago. But I think about a year ago after killer basekit buffs and meta shake is when things started to get really rough on surv side at times. Not to mention how inconsistent sbmm is often. You can get baby trapper or comp nurse in one match after another. Also dweet who never played dbd before and crackhead nea teammate in same match.
Then we have challenges which also made surv even more ######### than it was before tomes were introduced.
Dbd is a complete mess at times.

Nope, they are weak just because they are weak, not because of any game mechanics.
90% of things SWF can, could also be done in solo que too, please don't pretend like they can't.

Huh? isn't it about whether winning is difficult or not? I don't get what you are talking about.
I'm just stating the fact good solo que players who can properly loop, try to break 3 gen, heal efficiently, and coordinate like real team do exists, and winning against those players are difficult.

It's difficult for both of them, at this level, no one play like a brain dead, survivor and killer try to mind game each other, using different kind of strat for winning
The only point where I find there's a problem, is that, at some level (the best survivor), the gen are flying

I'd agree in saying greater than 95% of matches are easily winnable as Killer. Each time it requires retrospection and reflecting on what could have been done better. Solo Surv is a nightmare in comparison. I'd almost say I can only guarantee 20% of escapes as solo surv in comparison to Killer's 95%. I can't control the basement Feng when the Killer has Lethal. I can't stop the Mikaela from kobe attempting to go next on first hook. I can't stop the Dwight from doing gens at 0 hooks when everyone else is on hook or injured with hook states. Each of those I ran into on this day of matches alone, and not even across the week.
My loses as Killer on the other hand was 1 match as Doctor, because I tried learning shock ranges against Made For This. (Protip just don't, you slow down far too much. Bruteforce the pallet instead.) Also one of the Survivors was suspicious in that early and late shocks both didn't work against them, and could vault no matter what, but that could have just been their sketchy internet connection, the main reason I don't like playing Doc.

They don't actually. Survivor mistakes mostly ends with loses. Killer can make a lot mistakes but they can come back. Thanks to tunnelling, slugging and camping.

You can mess up nearly everything you can mess up and still finishing 4 gens in 5 minutes constantly as survivor, at least in my mmr.

All depends on killer's skills. If they are good enough, they can win. Even kill rates favors killers.

If that was the case every single solo queue match would end at 5 gens. That isn't even remotely what it comes down to though.
Really, it is incredibly easy to screw up for both sides in this game. Killer can't find a survivor immediately because the spawns are a mess? Check. Survivor can't figure out which direction the killer is coming from and grants them an easy first hit? Yeah. There is an infinite number of chances each game for both parties to throw the game.
You can argue that some mistakes are much easier to avoid for killers (and you wouldn't be completely wrong) but survivors on the other hand have more ways to come back from their mistakes. Consider that camping is going to be nerfed and tunneling as well as slugging will probably follow, I'd argue that killer mistakes become more severe, which also isn't untrue for survivor mistakes now that the second chance meta has fallen out of favor.
For most killers the game revolves around punishing survivor mistakes because they simply lack the power to create opportunities for themselves otherwise. So there is an obvious reason why it feels as though survivor mistakes are game changing. Because they are. Mistakes lead to the killer gaining the upper hand and create pressure, which forces more survivors to make more critical decisions and opens new opportunities for them to make mistakes. A survivor team that makes no mistakes (comp level) is nearly unbeatable, for that very reason.

Well, no survivor can handle a 1 v 1 with a killer; mistakes or not. It’s just not how this game is designed. And while it seems to be a hard pill to swallow, the truth is killers are afforded way more leeway with mistakes, especially at low to mid MMR. Killers can easily snowball just by tunneling one survivor out at any point in the trial. Gameplay is quite finite for survivors (3 hook states with the last being death, so technically 2 recoverable hook states) and because this is a game of attrition, the longer the game lasts the more likely survivors are to die. That isn’t the case for killer; the longer the game, the more likely they are going to win.

Both sides can be difficult at times. There is so much rng that can cuck the killer before the screen spins.
On that same note there is also rng that can cuck survivors. On top of that you can't control the team you get or what agenda they have. yes you can get teammates that refuse to use their hook states which result into 2 survivors dead and a loss, tomb challenges deleting a teammate from gens, dc's, suicides, 10 second chases. Sucks yes but I don't believe the game would be in a better state if survivors could still win in any of those situations. Team game so play as a team.
I can count on one hand how many times in solo q where after I said that killer was amazing and better than us that's why we died (4500 hrs). It is always dc's, suicides, or teammates throwing.

both roles are kinda hard once u get out of the low elo in my opinion but can also feel extremely noob-ish when using any of the following playstyles (gen rushing or tunneling/camping).
The strongest ways to play require the least amount of skill. Hyper focusing your objective in this game just require u to be very persistent not skillful.
