PC - Pinhead gateway camera transition effect is broken since 7.0.2

Since the recent patch, placing your gateway with pinhead makes your entire screen warp. This is an incredibly irritating transition compared to the normal version. This happens every time. There was no mention of a change in the patch notes.

Here are two videos for comparison, one of pre-7.0.2 gameplay with a normal transition, and one in a custom bot game just now with the broken transition.
