I don't remember having this question but would have probably put Hag for buff, Blight for nerf and Skull Merchant rework.

Since Blight's addons definitely need a nerf, and I really do not want them to get the Billy treatment where they get an unneeded basekit nerf, I want to be able to articulate that concern.

I filled in the survey about an hour ago and didn't get this question at all! Is it randomised which questions you get? If so that's a little disappointing because I would've loved to answer this question...

I dont think any killer need a nerf more likely nerf a few add ons

Putting some effort into re-reworking his addons would be good enough for me. In fact, give his addons to Blight and solve two problems.

I would be happy either way.
I know people expect SM to be in re-work but Freddy is the reason I even gave this game the time of day. So I value him being taking care of over the few SM's everyone see. No offense of course.

Buff: Myers. No explanation needed. Trapper is a solid 2nd.
Nerf: Nurse. It's a hot take but I think spasmodic breath should be basekit and that would be the only nerf she needs. As far as Blight goes I think his general power is fine, just the add-ons need touching up.
Rework: Sadako. Her condemn ability just seems to be in a weird spot. It's kind of weak outside of the slug playstyle but it's also hard to buff without making it too strong. I think it should be reworked a bit.
Edit: I noticed a lot of people didn't get the question which is interesting. Makes me wonder what you had to choose to get it to show up? For the record, it did show up for me.

I feel im going crazy, everyone talking about this Balance Changes Vote or whatever on the survey that I DID, but never saw such vote or question.
Anyway, for nerf, Blight.
Buff, probably Trickster, his movement speed is hardly justified unlike other ranged killers.
Rework, Hag, shes awful to go against, and her pickrate makes it obvious not many even like to play her.

Buff Trickster, mostly stuff to make him feel better to play and suggested blades being more or less effective depending on range to make mindless knife spamming up close less the way to go and actually reward you if you hit people some distance from you
