Different heart icons for different terror radius strenghts when looking away

Can we have different heart sizes for the different terror radius proximities and the lullaby when we're not looking at our character? It feels weird that when you're looking away you need to flick the camera towards your character to see how close the killer is.

And it's even worse when they have Lullabies. You don't know what's triggering the heartbeat icon, it's just constantly active.

    I actually support this. I was thinking the same just yesterday. Could even reuse the symbol/heart they show on the character's body on a fixed frontal position and it'd work better than the icon that's there now.
