Nothing about this image shows she needs a rework. People d/cing is a separate issue.

The image is anecdotic. I could have used the Nurse portrait and it would still be the same, we all know why she needs a rework. If you don't, maybe it's because you main nurse and enjoy stomping on solos with minimum effort and/or you just don't care.

Talking about stomping solos, there are better killers for the job. Like pinhead. Nurse is still hard (but can easily stomp even good SWF once mastered)

Nerfing Billy? Unless I missed a nerf somewhere along the line, Nurse has been nerfed in the time between Billy's nerf and now, so that's a weird example to use.
