Is the shapes adept achievement broken?

I play on Xbox One and I was trying to do the adept achievement for The Shape. I did as it said and equipped 3 perks: Save The Best For Last, Play With Your Food, Dying Light without add on or even an offering. I then got a 4k and at the end it said merciless killer and I have not received the achievement I even tried doing it again and it still didn't work. Thank you to anyone who helps!

    They seem to randomly just not unlock currently. There's a bug fix in the PTB where they've tentatively fixed it:

    It might be worth waiting until the mid-chapter to do your adepts as killer - also considering people can disconnect and deny you it currently, the Disconnect Bots coming in the mid-chapter will also alleviate that issue.

    The mid-chapter releases July 25th.
