I did not receive the e-mail for the "Ace" charm
I subscribed to the newsletter on December 25th 2022 and here is the proof
So what could be happening here?

Me neither it's very frustrating....I swear I never receive emails from them, check spam folder and everything, hope I could still get the charm somehow

I also noticed I didnt receive a single e-mail since the day I subscribed
So something was not right

I have several accounts with several different emails and still have not received the Ace charm. I have received normal/other messages from BHVR.

well i did it they ask for my in game id and got back to me tell me they looking in to it but no code.

3.5 weeks ago they wrote me a "we'll look into it" and still haven't heard from them so good luck lol

They didn't give me a code, they put the charm in my inventory
The print shows that I got both the daily login reward and the charm

you may have it in your inventory already you don't know it I look if I were you.
