Simply put, either make the cost 1,500 shards or keep it as a daily shrine, or both.

Shrine should have a rework and work better overall, 2 perks on each side when there are over 100 is insane.

Honestly it wouldn't hurt to have the random perks change every day with how many perks there are now

The SoS should never have "free" perks in it.
