Franklin's should work on items manually dropped by survivors.

How could it? When you smack them with Franklins they aren't holding anything. Are you asking for the Entity to reel those items back in like fish and place them in their hands? Just to be immediately dropped?

Why? Either way they no longer have the item in their hands. If you see a survivor drop an item, chase them so they don't get a chance to pick it up again.

Well, how ? I'm pretty sure this would be impossible to implement, unless you want killers to have to find and interact with dropped items to make them lose charges.
But also, why ? How is it fair that killers can see survivor items in a lobby and decide to bring a perk which renders them useless, but survivors aren't allowed to do anything to prevent / counter it?

I think its because some survivors counter it by just dropping it as they get hit. I think that if they get hit and their items on the floor it starts regressing

I think op means that the perk just depletes charges on ANY item of the ground, not just the ones being slapped out of a survivors hand.

I think so too, but then it also counters rumaging through chests (you have to drop your item to do it), and you're also forced to drop your item to use a killer power related item, so it would not be pleasant one bit.

Think of it this way, whenever an item is on the ground by any means, it loses charges, whether a survivor drops it manually or the killer knocks it out of their hands with Franklins.

Franklin's Demise shouldn't work the way it does on items at all. The only thing this perk should do is disable the use of the item for a temporary amount of time. It shouldn't force the item to drop and it shouldn't deplete charges.

I'm so tired of seeing killers asking for survivors counters to be taken away from us. At this point then it should work on one item only not everything if you want something like this to exsist.

Yeah I agree next we should remove lockers when against Myers so they can't hide in them to deny the kill
And also any pallets that stun him break too, and all vault locations are blocked for the entire duration of T3
Also you can use tombstone on survivors that are performing actions as well
