Cannot Join Lobby of Friends ( PC Steam )

I cannot join lobby it shows error ( unknown error occured ) and i have to restart the game and then i can join and after joining i cant see he ready in the lobby or not and sometime he goes into match making and mine is showing ( looking for matchmaking )
and sometimes it shows joining match and then i goes back to main menu with the error show ( host unreachable ).
Additional information
I gave my account to a friend and he is also facing all these same errors
from my account and he gave me his account and his account is working perfectly so its the issue with Cloud ID .
i can play solo or killer without any issues.only happening with friend lobbies

I couldn't fix it because the problem is most likely not in me, but in the game. We need to wait until the error is corrected by the developers
