They had fun playing against the Nurse that kicked their collective backsides. What do you think?

I've just played a game as Nurse that the survivors had no chance winning. At 5 gens left, I could have finished the game as three were slugged and a fourth one was hurt.

Instead I've stopped the massacre to hook the three slugs and let the number 4 reset them. (Then I hooked the last one so they all get the same treatment.)

For the remaining of the match, I've chased and downed them, never hooking and letting them progress gens. I've left the Jill alone because she had given up from the start. I didn't want to break her further.

The Ace (clearly the best runner) took that opportunity to ask to be chased (because it's fun, or because it's good training, who knows?). And since I enjoyed him more than the others, he got my attention for the last few chases of the game.

And after a relatively long game of slug & heal ...

So this makes me think. Maybe a game mode where it's not about kills but about downs or hooks would be more fun for everybody? Maybe the length of the chases would be a factor? I feel there is something there.

After all, what we don't like is usually the time pressure of the generators or being sacrificed. If it's off the table, isn't it better?

What do you think?
