as for the plusses, i think the clown one looks neat, although i don't think it's really fair since it's his 2nd time winning in a row, despite how rare these contests occur. come on, we don't get this opportunity often and yet they've decided to repeat the character. still, that aside, i think the design and quality look pretty cool and actually creepy, just wish they'd have chosen a new character.
as for yunjin...i think at least 95% are gonna agree that that skin is...eh. first of all, not trashing the artist/creator of that skin, but the design itself. compare it to all the other ones that didn't win - it's just so plain and basic. that's it. all she's got is a crop top hoodie, basically sports-themed in the simplest way possible, not to mention that we've currently got a *really* similar summer skin for her. not saying it looks bad, but it's just there were SO many other yunjin works that had many more details, color palettes, etc., revealing that those artists put 100x times more work into them.

Would that not be unfair to people who come up with a good Clown skin then? You want bHVR to be like, "Yeah, Sorry but Clown won last year. We cant allow our artists who want to make that skin do that cause clown already won once."
Honestly I think the bHVR artists are free to pick whatever winners fit their criteria for a good skin, even if Clown wins again in 2025.

I agree about the Yun-Jin cosmetic not feeling original enough but saying other artists "put 100x times more work" into their concepts feels pretty unfair and is probably untrue. It's not because the concept is more simplistic that's they didn't work hard to deliver it.

honestly i dont really care that he has won but kinda expected a new character to win, didnt expect the same one at all

i think i put it the wrong way. im not saying that the artist didnt put work into it, but i meant that the other ones had a lot more details, even the smallest ones.

I really like the Yun-Jin cosmetic, honestly. I'm glad it won, though I can see where folks are coming from when they say it's a bit basic.

Can you tell me how you can not care about the winner, but still have expectations as to who is going to be winning and not?

i can have SMALL expectations but without it actually mattering to me THAT much, don't see the problem

I see, if expectations were so small I would not care about it at all and let them go, to me whom ever bHVR picks is the winner. No skin off my back. What makes those expectations stick with you even when they matter so little to you? If you prefer not answer that's fine too, this is just me wondering what's up.
